From an early age, Dill was always fascinated by business. Her family owned a gas station, and her earliest memories are of helping her father count the cash deposits each night. Before she could even see over the counter, she was already watching the books. Dill also developed a love affair with commercial art and the power of visual marketing, so she pursued a college degree in Advertising & Design.
After graduation, Dill worked as a graphic designer for Foot Locker, Inc. Simultaneously, Dill carefully began to evaluate other investment opportunities, and quickly fell in love with the tremendous advantages of buying real estate. Specifically, the flexibility, creativity, and ability to leverage.
Five years behind a corporate desk would expand Dill’s business experience, but it was her astute tolerance for risk that had her venturing out solely into real estate, departing the corporate world, and buying & selling properties for private portfolios.
Dill is never afraid to get her hands dirty and is often found in the middle of a demolish on a remodel project of one of her own rental properties. She believes it's her passion for knowledge and willingness to tackle the unknown that has led her to great success.
Dill’s ability to engineer transactions and structure difficult deals no one else would touch while remaining confident and upbeat has earned her a reputation of credibility and integrity among the private real estate investors with whom she does business.
Dill maintains an email list of several thousand property investors, buyers, financiers, owners, and sellers, through which she can quickly get tremendous exposure for a property or investment opportunity.
Dill has a passion for people, building community, and creating “something special”. In her personal time Dill enjoys utilizing and improving her technology, yoga, gardening, and organic healthy cooking. She has lived in the Sarasota/Manatee area for 15 years and is a big part of the local community.
